Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Skincare Sales Specialist with at least 1 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the skincare industry, combined with the expertise to drive business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, including retailers, spas, beauty professionals, and distributors. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, an in-depth knowledge of skincare products, and the ability to tailor solutions that meet clients’ specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales Development: Develop and manage business-to-business sales strategies to promote skincare products to new and existing clients, including retailers, spas, beauty salons, distributors, and wholesalers.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key business clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, ingredients, and product developments in the skincare industry. Provide clients with in-depth knowledge of the skincare products, benefits, and how they meet their clients’ needs.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits, features, and competitive advantages of the skincare line.

Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and emerging trends within the skincare industry.

Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress through CRM tools. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Negotiations & Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring profitability for the company. Handle contract renewals and ensure timely delivery of products.

Trade Shows & Networking: Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and attract new business.

Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, advertisements, and campaigns tailored to business clients.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.

Skills & Qualifications:

Sales Expertise: Proven track record of successfully selling B2B products, ideally within the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.

Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the skincare market, trends, products, ingredients, and the competitive landscape.

Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with business clients and understand their needs.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure long-term business partnerships.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present product benefits, handle client inquiries, and deliver clear, persuasive messaging.

CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools to manage pipelines and track sales performance.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Presentation Skills: Comfortable conducting product demos, presentations, and webinars to business clients and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions that benefit both the client and the company.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.

Proven ability to generate new business, manage existing accounts, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Experience with B2B sales, including working with retailers, distributors, and other business clients.

Familiarity with skincare product lines, ingredients, and market dynamics is a plus.
