Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with at least 1 year of experience to lead and motivate our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and expand market presence.
Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and support to help them achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of the sales team, offering feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, monitor industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring deals are closed efficiently while maximizing profitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Experience:
