Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with at least 1 year of experience to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and expand market presence.

Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and support to help them achieve individual and team sales targets.

Sales Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of the sales team, offering feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, monitor industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring deals are closed efficiently while maximizing profitability.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and customer needs.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications:

Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales principles, processes, and strategies. Ability to develop and execute successful sales plans.

Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing a sales team to meet or exceed goals.

Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make informed decisions.

Customer-Centric: A focus on delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales management or sales leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with key clients and close high-value deals.
