Job Overview:
Mace Group is seeking a motivated and proactive Project Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the project management team in the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Assist in the development of project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Manage client relationships, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.

Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Assist with risk management and issue resolution during project delivery.

Support the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors for the project.

Maintain effective communication within the project team and with all project stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

A proactive and flexible approach to work.

PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
