Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. This role is essential in creating a fresh, comfortable, and inviting environment for our guests across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to a high standard.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish towels and room amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost property to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Deliver a friendly, courteous attitude when interacting with guests and team members.

Required Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and clean even small messes or overlooked areas.
• Time Management: Work efficiently to meet cleaning schedules and room turnaround times.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods.
• Teamwork: Willingness to work closely with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments.
• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and consistent in performance and attendance.
• Communication: Basic English skills to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
• Discretion: Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly or sustainable cleaning practices is a plus.
