Your Role as a Caregiver

As a valued member of our team, you will provide one-on-one care that enhances the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Personal Care Assistance – Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while maintaining dignity and respect.
✔ Mobility Support – Assisting with walking, transfers, and light exercises to promote independence.
✔ Meal Preparation & Nutrition – Planning and cooking healthy meals based on dietary needs.
✔ Medication Reminders – Ensuring clients take prescribed medications on time.
✔ Companionship & Emotional Support – Engaging in conversation, hobbies, and activities to reduce loneliness.
✔ Light Housekeeping – Performing tasks like laundry, dishwashing, and tidying living spaces.
✔ Transportation Assistance – Driving clients to appointments, grocery shopping, or social outings (if applicable).
✔ Health Monitoring – Observing and reporting changes in condition to family or healthcare professionals.

Requirements

✔ No formal experience required! – We provide paid training for the right candidates.
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

✔ Background check clearance (required for all hires).
✔ CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
✔ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (preferred for certain cases).
