Overview:
EcoVibe is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive at EcoVibe, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of eco-friendly products and services. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and provide sustainable solutions, all while helping to expand EcoVibe’s market presence and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting potential clients, including businesses and individual customers interested in sustainable, eco-friendly products and services.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits and features of EcoVibe’s products. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients to close deals effectively. Create tailored proposals and ensure pricing and terms align with company guidelines while meeting client needs.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and competitors in the eco-friendly space. Use insights to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to EcoVibe’s overall business growth and profitability. Track sales performance and report on results regularly.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experience. Work with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market demands.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospects, and client interactions in the company’s CRM system. Ensure follow-ups are timely and opportunities are properly tracked.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment on promotional campaigns, sales materials, and customer support processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the eco-friendly, sustainable, or related industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively engage with clients and present product information in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Highly motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle objections and challenges in a constructive manner and find creative solutions to meet client needs.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team, while also being able to work independently to meet individual goals.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, ideally within the eco-friendly, sustainability, or consumer goods sectors.
Experience with B2B sales or consultative selling is a plus.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and work under pressure in a competitive environment.
