Position Overview:
Cuvva is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst at Cuvva, you will play a critical role in driving business processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and decision-making. You will be expected to bring your expertise in business analysis and strategic thinking to help shape the future direction of our projects and products.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data, market trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and business strategy.

Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring they align with Cuvva’s goals.

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to document clear and concise business requirements for new features and improvements.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed business process documents, user stories, and business requirement documents (BRDs).

Support Decision Making: Provide support for decision-making by providing data-driven analysis, reports, and recommendations to senior management.

Project Management Support: Assist with project planning and execution, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in driving business improvements and providing insights.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, strategy, and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and experience with business process mapping tools.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Team Player: Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
